Tesfay joined Migrant Help in April 2014. He is the Head of Regional Services, Relationships and Partnerships covering Scotland and Northern Ireland with the respective asylum initial accommodation arrangements.

Tesfay ensures that our asylum services are delivered according to agreed processes in an accurate, professional and consistent way, while adapting to any changes in demand, requirements or regulations. A big part of the role is building relationships with key stakeholders in their respective areas.

Tesfay has been working with refugees and asylum seekers both in UK and overseas for more than 20 years. He was with Scottish Refugee Council for 14 years before joining Migrant Help.
