Mirjam joined Migrant Help in April 2019 as Quality Manager, and became Head of Quality in April 2021. Mirjam and her team are responsible for overseeing the quality assurance frameworks and internal audit programme, as well as ensuring the organisation’s compliance against various legal, regulatory and contractual requirements and standards.

Prior to joining Migrant Help, Mirjam worked in quality assurance in the customer service sector, developing and implementing quality frameworks, before moving on to commercial management.
