Ben joined Migrant Help in 2016, as maternity cover on the helpline, before moving to Derby to assist in the opening of the Derby office as a Senior Client Adviser. Since February 2022 he has undertaken a secondment, as the Regional Manager for the Contingency IA Sites (Napier, Driscoll House, Burrows Court). This involved the setting up of 2 new offices in Driscoll House, Burrows Court and leading a dedicated team of staff in each of the 3 sites to effectively deliver our asylum services and provide support to our clients there.
