When the Home Office creates your UKVI account, they will send you a UKVI customer number and the links you require to sign in to your account. You will need this reference, and your date of birth to access your account. If you are on asylum support, then this reference number will also be included on your discontinuation of support letter issued by the Asylum Support Teams.
