Kew Gardens – A Million Acts of Hope Campaign

As part of the Million Acts of Hope campaign, Migrant Help organised two visits to London’s Kew Gardens. The first trip was planned and delivered by Migrant Help and welcomed residents from a local hotel who were unfamiliar with the area. The second was organised in partnership with Refugee Action Kingston, bringing together an even larger group for a day of exploration and connection. Read more

Lacing up confidence: how running opened doors in Shropshire

At a hotel in Telford, people seeking asylum wanted to start running—but many lacked proper shoes and support. With help from Migrant Help’s BEPS fund, the Shropshire Supports Refugees Support hub and local champion Chris, a shared kit library and coached sessions turned simple jogs into a growing programme that builds confidence, connection and wellbeing.
