Thank you for standing with refugees One person we recently supported described Migrant Help as: "A beehive – where people are there for each other." We loved that description. One of the things A Million Acts of Hope celebrated was something we see every day at Migrant Help: Hope happens because people choose kindness, connection and practical support when it matters most. Every day, we see the difference those choices make. For someone who has had to leave everything behind, support can mean finding safety, recovering from trauma and beginning to feel part of a community again. In May, staff from across Migrant Help came together for a special Thank-a-thon. Teams made calls, sent messages and recorded a short video to thank the people who make moments like these possible. At a time when it can sometimes feel like the loudest voices are those trying to pull people apart, we're continually encouraged by the many people who choose welcome, kindness and connection instead. People who choose to stand alongside refugees and people seeking safety. People who choose to help others feel safe, supported and part of a community. This short video is our way of saying thank you. To everyone who has donated, volunteered, shared our work or simply taken the time to care — thank you. Manage Cookie Preferences
