In order to continuously improve our services, we have implemented a new customer relationship management system for our Asylum Services.

As part of this change, we have enhanced our self-serve capabilities and introduced an improved client portal. People seeking asylum will still be able to access our webchat, use the ‘Raise an issue’ form, submit applications, as well as check on the progress of their applications via the new portal.

To ensure a smooth transition, we would like to ask you to save the links below to access the portal.

By using these links, the switchover to the new service will be unnoticeable. Those with an existing self-service portal account may need to set up a new one now the system is live.

We would be grateful if you could share these links with anyone who may be accessing our asylum services.
