Sharing Hope

To celebrate our 60th anniversary we've launched 'Sharing Hope’, a set of photo-based stories that capture the humanity, shared joy and close working relationships forged by displaced people and those that support them.

These heartwarming images beautifully depict the real stories - and real people - behind the statistics and headlines. 

Both photographers working on this campaign - Joel Rodriguez and Adiam Yemane - came to the UK as refugees themselves, which is reflected in the vibrancy of these portraits. The stories include:
