Kitty is a humanitarian and development expert, and has worked as a journalist, researcher and critic. Before moving to the UK she was a Staff Editor of the Atlantic Monthly magazine and a public policy specialist for the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, where she led the development of case studies on poverty reduction, public health and governance for use in Harvard’s Master in Public Administration in International Development degree. She also worked as a writer and editor for Reuters AlertNet, an online humanitarian news website, reporting from Kinshasa and writing primers to support other journalists covering conflicts in the Middle East and Africa. More recently Kitty led several policy, advocacy and campaigns teams at Save the Children before becoming CEO of RESULTS UK. She lives in London with her husband and three children.
