Eric has over 30 years of experience working in the non-profit and private sectors with legal, corporate governance, commercial and operational responsibilities.

He started his career with the international law firm of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and Hong Kong where his pro bono work included representation of political asylum and refugee applicants to the USA.

Eric’s recent not-for-profit experience includes serving on the Board of Fair Trials International, a charity that works for fair trials according to international standards of justice.

His current entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Triple Track Clinical Services, a US-based company focused on providing telehealth treatment solutions for nicotine addicts.

Eric received a B.A. in religious studies from Brown University, a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a Master’s Degree in international development from Princeton University.

“Ever since the late 1980s when I spent time living with Tibetan refugees in Nepal, I have been interested in finding opportunities where I can use my professional background to assist members of the migrant population.  I am consequently honoured to have the opportunity to serve on the Board of Migrant Help.”
