Free Wills Month (1–31 March 2025)

Every October, Free Wills Month invites us to pause—and think about the legacy we want to leave behind. At Migrant Help, we support people rebuilding their lives after displacement, trafficking and exploitation—people like Patience, who arrived in the UK frightened, alone and unsure of what the future would hold.

This Free Wills Month, we’re inviting you to take a simple step that could make a lasting difference.

You can use our free Will-writing service to write or update your Will at no cost through our trusted partner. It’s easy, confidential, and you’re under no obligation to include a gift—but many supporters do.

Free Wills Month – and beyond!

Free Wills Month takes place every March and October, offering free simple Will-writing for people aged 55 and over.

But at Migrant Help, we don’t think you should have to wait for Free Wills month—or until you’re 55—to take this step.

That’s why our Free Wills Service is available all year round to anyone over 18, living in the UK. It’s simple, confidential and completely free.

And while there’s no obligation to include a gift, many of our supporters choose to leave a legacy that protects refugees for years to come.
