The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) regulates immigration advisers throughout the UK, ensuring they are fit and competent and act in the best interests of their clients. The survey has been rolled out to help the OISC understand the experiences of people who have recently received immigration advice and/or services from an OISC regulated organisation, such as Migrant Help. By completing their survey, you will be providing the OISC with information to help identify where improvements can be made to immigration advice services.
