It is with great pleasure and pride that we can share that Migrant Help has retained its Investors in Diversity accreditation, conferred by the National Centre for Diversity.

The Investors in Diversity accreditation recognises organisations which keep diversity and inclusion at the heart of their operations. Having first earned this accreditation in 2018, we continue to be dedicated in our approach to Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE) practices in the workplace. And as we move forward, we are committed to developing and improving our practices even further.

Fiona Stephens, Human Resources Director at Migrant Help, said of the award:

"In this time where we are all facing uncertainty and adjusting to how we work and live, it is important to celebrate our successes! This accreditation recognises the hard work of everyone and acknowledges how far we have come since first achieving the award in 2018."
