Christmas opening hours

Over the festive period, all our services will operate during their usual opening hours. Our offices will be closed on bank holidays – 26 and 27 December, 2 January and 3 January (Scotland only).

Our asylum helpline 0808 8010 503 is open 24/7 every day of the year and free to call. Clients claiming asylum can continue to call for advice and to report any accommodation or safeguarding issues throughout the holiday season.

Client Adviser - Homebased (covering the Sheffield area)

Migrant Help are currently looking for a Client Adviser to join our dedicated and compassionate European Settlement Scheme (EUSS) team, on a fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be organised and customer focussed, have demonstrable experience providing advice and information within an organisation and working with people in sensitive and emotionally demanding situations and be passionate about protecting our vulnerable clients.

Client Adviser - Liverpool

We are currently looking for Client Advisers to join our vibrant and committed Migrant Help team in Liverpool on a 12 month fixed term contact, with the potential to be extended or made permanent. The successful candidate will be empathetic and resilient, have proven experience of providing advice and support to emotionally sensitive people and be passionate about protecting our vulnerable clients.
