This Christmas, in partnership with Nas Majeed, we bring you stories of Eduardo and Osam, two amazing young men who came to the UK escaping war and violence. Over 18,000 young men arrived in the UK in the past year seeking safety and they are facing a future of uncertainty. Much hostility and prejudice are often directed at these young people while, in reality, these are vulnerable young men who have barely reached adulthood and have often witnessed unimaginable horrors. Despite their circumstances, they are more than refugees.

Since coming to the UK, I saw some people have stereotypes of us as refugees and are closed minded. More than being refugees, we are human beings. And we can help society. That is what we are looking for here.
