You will need the below information:

  • Details of the identity document you use to sign in to your UKVI account (your passport, national identity card, or biometric residence card or permit)
  • Your date of birth

  • You will need access to your phone number and email address - security codes will be sent to them to verify
  • The identity document number associated with the account or your unique application number (UAN) - this is useful but not essential
