We aim to add value to the statutory funded services that are provided to our client groups. All Migrant Help offices have grown to be embedded in local and regional communities.

Our teams across the country have established successful partnerships and two-way referral mechanisms with other organisations, which helps us to bridge gaps and ensure that vulnerable people are getting the holistic and individualised support they need.

If you feel your organisation provides services that may be beneficial to our clients, please email [email protected].

Helping those most in need

As well as offering our services direct to clients, we also deliver support and training in order to help those most in need.

Modern Day Slavery Awareness

We can provide training and awareness sessions for other organisations. We have delivered sessions around human trafficking and modern slavery to the police, local authorities and private sector companies.

Asylum training

We offer training on asylum support, including how each different asylum status links into eligibility for the different support type. We cover completion of the Asylum Support Application Forms (ASF1), Section 95, Section 4 and an overview of evidence that would be required. We are also able to provide training on our move on services, both positive and negative. We would be happy to present our commissioning framework to you, along with all of our different resources available.

Contacting Migrant Help

We are able to provide training on the different ways partners and service users can contact Migrant Help, how to use our Self Service Portal, web chat and raise an issue via our website. This is often the fastest way to contact us and report issues. If you would like to benefit from our support or training sessions, please email [email protected].

Subject Access Requests/Police Requests

For subject access requests, police requests and call recordings please forward your email along with a relevant DPA Form to [email protected].
