You will need to provide some supporting evidence. If your accommodation is inadequate because of a medical issue, then your supporting evidence needs to be supplied from your GP (doctor) or medical clinician.

Migrant Help will pass all reports of inadequate accommodation, and supporting evidence, to the Home Office.
