Most legacy gifts are for general purpose which allows your chosen cause to use the funds where they are most needed. You can specify an amount of money, known as a Pecuniary Bequest, or a share of what is left over after all your wishes have been carried out, known as a Residuary Bequest. If you die without a signed Will in place, you die intestate – this situation can cause added stress to your loved ones, as well as having financial cost implications.
