Afghan outreach

Are you an Afghan citizen who was evacuated by the Government to the UK on or after 14 August 2021?

If so, you, YES, you and your dependants may be eligible to live permanently in the UK (this is known as ‘Indefinite Leave to Remain, or ILR’) under either the Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy (ARAP) or the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS).

If you think that you might qualify, the Home Office Welfare Team can help you access one of the schemes.
