Phil joined Migrant Help in October 2019 and worked as part of the initial HR team who were bringing the HR function back in house. He supports with delivering the organisations people plan of being a Great Place to Work and ensures operational requirements are in place to successfully deliver overall HR operations. He and his team provide high quality and consistent advice to all employees and he manages complex casework advising managers on good practice. His role involves overseeing the development of HR policies and procedures, continuously monitoring them and implementing changes when necessary.

Phil has over 10 years’ HR experience, working in several different roles in the Retail industry, with a strong background in employee relations. He is passionate about his professional commitment to the HR field and has just recently completed his level 5 CIPD qualification.
