Our people

We are very proud of our diverse and committed staff team and volunteers.

Our executive team, trustees, staff and volunteers are all committed to delivering services to improve the lives of vulnerable migrants in the UK.

We are proud that Migrant Help is a richly diverse community, where we draw on the talents of our staff to transform the lives of the people we help.

We currently employ over 300 people who come from more than 40 countries.

Many of our advisers come from refugee backgrounds and have gone through the asylum process or experienced human trafficking themselves.

These dedicated people contribute their skills and experience to help us provide high quality, innovative services that seek to meet the needs of the vulnerable men, women and children we support.

Our staff are based in various locations around the UK, all working towards positive outcomes for vulnerable migrants in their vicinity. At Migrant Help, we understand that our success is dependent on the contributions of every member of our community.

"You guys have been an amazing life changing experience to me. I appreciate your honesty and generosity to everyone in your care." - Diego
