We are currently recruiting for a Data Insight Officer within our Dover office.

This vacancy is open to internal and external candidates.

The Role 

The post-holder will be responsible for data analysis within the organisation, involving the collection, collation, maintenance and reporting of data relating to clients and operational activities. They can understand and interpret data and provide insight and analysis through clear visual, written and verbal communications to a range of stakeholders.

The post-holder will identify areas to increase efficiency of processes and produce key performance indicators. They will analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to Migrant Help’s core priorities.

The post holder is expected to contribute to the overall success of the organisation in accordance with Migrant Help’s aims, objectives, vision and values by providing a seamless service to clients.

The Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools. They will be able to analyse large data sets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to the management team.

They will possess a flexible approach and have the willingness to travel and work unsocial hours on occasion.

This post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and a Counter Terrorism check.
