Andrew Billany – CEO

Andrew joined Migrant Help in June 2017 from a background of CEO, Director and Board Member roles across a range of housing, local authority and voluntary sector organisations.

He has been Chief Executive of housing organisations for most of the previous seventeen years. During this time, he also built up a lot of experience in the commissioning of community, housing, care and support services from the perspective of a local authority director. This includes his most recent role at the head of Homes for Haringey, responsible for large scale housing and homelessness services for this London Borough. And his work as CEO of two other housing organisations, as well as Director of one major national housing association.

Andrew is also the Chair of the Strategy and Performance Committee and senior Board trustee of Nacro – a social justice charity that focuses on supporting offenders, housing, health and education.
