Telephone and Compliance Administrator

  • Salary:£18,000 to £20,198 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and hardworking administrator to join our Telephone and Compliance team at our Head Office in Dover.

This vacancy is open to both internal and external candidates.

The Role:
The post-holder is expected to provide a high quality administration service to the TAC Advisers. It is a requirement of the role to provide a high quality and timely administration service, for the Telephone and Compliance Team Leaders. From time to time, administrators may be required to undertake other administration duties within the Telephone and Compliance Centre.

The Requirements:
The post-holder will have experience of working in a high pressure environment and meeting set targets. Demonstrable administrative and organisation skills are required, as well as the ability to deal with deadlines and conflicting priorities. The role holder should have a positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to provide advice and guidance to advisers on processes. The ideal candidate should also be willing to complete any other reasonable duties assigned and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. The role holder should be flexible about his/her working hours, be happy to work as part of a team and on thier own initiative in a multi-cultural environment and able to undertake advocacy in a sensitive manner.
